Pressing Instructions
- Use a heat press for best results – a household iron gives uneven heat and pressure.
- Pre-press the garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
- Position the patch and cover it with a Teflon sheet or baking paper.
- Press using the temperature, time and pressure we provide with your order (typically around 150–165°C / 300–330°F for 10–15 seconds at medium-high pressure).
- Let it cool completely before removing the carrier film.
- Wait 24 hours before the first wash.
Artwork Requirements
- Vector files are preferred: AI, PDF, EPS, CDR or SVG
- High-resolution JPG, PNG or PSD (300 dpi) are also accepted
- Include the finished size and Pantone colors if you have them
- Very fine lines and small text may be adjusted for production – our team reviews every file for free and suggests improvements before sampling
Care Instructions
- Turn the garment inside out before washing
- Machine wash cold or warm (below 40°C) on a gentle cycle
- Do not bleach or dry clean
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not iron directly on the patch

- Bulk lead time depends on product type, process and quantity – we confirm a clear delivery schedule once your sample is approved

Can I get a sample before bulk production?
Yes. Prototypes can usually be ready in about 72 hours after your artwork is confirmed. Once you approve the sample, it becomes the standard we follow for bulk production.
How long does production take?
Production time depends on product type, customization requirements and order quantity. After artwork and samples are confirmed, we arrange production efficiently and provide a clear delivery schedule.
Will the patch peel off after washing?
No. We choose the right materials, adhesives and processing methods for each application. With proper application and the recommended care, our patches provide strong adhesion and long-lasting performance through 50+ wash cycles.
Can you match my brand colors?
Yes. We follow confirmed color standards and production samples for color control. For strict requirements, send us Pantone references or an approved sample and we will match them.
Do you help with design?
Yes. Our team reviews every artwork file for free and suggests the best size, colors, materials and process for your product. If your design is very detailed, we will recommend adjustments or a better-suited process before sampling.
