Product Details
Show your colors with this French-style rooster morale patch, made from soft PVC with a raised 3D embossed finish. Every color area is molded separately, so the rooster, lettering and border stay crisp, bold and easy to read from a distance. The hook-and-loop backing lets you attach and swap the patch in seconds on caps, uniforms, tactical vests, jackets and backpacks.
PVC patches are built for daily wear and the outdoors: flexible, waterproof, fade-resistant and tested to withstand 50+ wash cycles. We use eco-friendly, OEKO-TEX certified materials and hold a 0.1 mm tolerance on 3D embossing, so fine details come out just as they appear in your design.
This design can be fully customized. Change the size, shape, colors or text, add your team or unit name, or send us your own artwork. Choose hook-and-loop, sew-on or iron-on backing to suit your application. Low minimum orders are supported, and samples can be ready in about 72 hours after your artwork is confirmed.

Pressing Instructions
- Use a heat press for best results – a household iron gives uneven heat and pressure.
- Pre-press the garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
- Position the patch and cover it with a Teflon sheet or baking paper.
- Press using the temperature, time and pressure we provide with your order (typically around 150–165°C / 300–330°F for 10–15 seconds at medium-high pressure).
- Let it cool completely before removing the carrier film.
- Wait 24 hours before the first wash.
Artwork Requirements
- Vector files are preferred: AI, PDF, EPS, CDR or SVG
- High-resolution JPG, PNG or PSD (300 dpi) are also accepted
- Include the finished size and Pantone colors if you have them
- Very fine lines and small text may be adjusted for production – our team reviews every file for free and suggests improvements before sampling
Care Instructions
- Turn the garment inside out before washing
- Machine wash cold or warm (below 40°C) on a gentle cycle
- Do not bleach or dry clean
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not iron directly on the patch

Will the patch peel off after washing?
No. We choose the right materials, adhesives and processing methods for each application. With proper application and the recommended care, our patches provide strong adhesion and long-lasting performance through 50+ wash cycles.
